These are your responsibilities
- Supporting sales management with projects, research and decision-making documents
- Preparation of presentations, evaluations, statistics and key figures
- Organising and recording appointments, meetings and customer visits
- Processing customer enquiries and quotations in German and English
- Order processing, including coordination with internal departments
- Calculations and price adjustments according to specifications
- Maintenance of data and documents in the ERP-SAP and CRM systems
- Collaboration in trade fair organisation (including international) and participation in trade fairs
What you bring to the table
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk or comparable
- Further training as a specialist (e.g. business administrator)
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in an assistant role
- Organisational skills, high level of personal responsibility and structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to work in a team, discretion and a friendly and service-oriented manner
